HomeworkWe believe that homework is valuable in helping students make the most of their learning experiences in the classroom. We will give homework that is useful in reinforcing what has been taught in class, that extends concepts, and that helps students develop positive study habits.
Students who do not complete homework or leave it at home will receive a yellow Homework Notice. This notice will outline the specifics of the incomplete work and will need to be signed by a parent or guardian and returned with the completed work the following day. If homework completion becomes an issue we will gladly set up a meeting to discuss strategies to help develop better organization and time management skills. |
